A Transparent 11-Step
Trade Lifecycle
International trade should never feel uncertain. At Indoexim.net, every transaction follows a disciplined 11-step framework designed to reduce risk, protect your supply chain, and ensure every shipment meets your required standards.
Understand Customer Requirements
Every successful trade begins with clarity. We start with a detailed consultation to understand your product specifications, quantity requirements, target pricing, packaging preferences, and destination-market compliance needs.
Identify Qualified Suppliers
Through our Semarang-based position and Indonesia-wide sourcing network, we map potential manufacturing partners and shortlist producers with proven capability for international-grade commodities, materials, and products.
Supplier Evaluation & Screening
We do not take risks with your investment. Our team verifies business legitimacy, reviews actual production capacity and export experience, and assesses whether supplier facilities meet the standards expected for international trade.
Quotation & Commercial Negotiation
Once suitable suppliers are identified, Indoexim acts as your representative on the ground. We negotiate competitive commercial terms while maintaining quality, clarifying Incoterms, and helping establish secure payment arrangements.
Sample Approval
Before mass production begins, we coordinate product samples for your review. Whether physical or high-resolution digital samples are required, this stage ensures the final output aligns with your expectations before production proceeds.
Purchase Confirmation
After sample and commercial terms are approved, we formalize the transaction. We assist with Purchase Orders and commercial contracts so critical legal, operational, and product requirements are clearly documented.
Production Monitoring
We do not simply wait for goods to be ready. Our team maintains communication with suppliers throughout the manufacturing cycle to help keep production on schedule and aligned with the approved product specifications.
Quality Inspection
Before cargo is packed and released for export, we conduct pre-shipment quality control. This includes visual checks, quantity verification, and packaging assessments to help ensure your shipment meets the approved standard.
Export Documentation Management
We manage the administrative complexity of export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and required specialized documents such as Phytosanitary or Fumigation certificates.
International Shipment Coordination
Our logistics team coordinates sea freight or air freight, container booking, cargo consolidation, warehousing, and tracking. The objective is a safe, efficient, and clearly managed journey from Indonesia to your destination.
Delivery & After-Sales Support
Our commitment continues beyond departure. We follow the shipment through to arrival, support communication around delivery matters, and remain available for feedback and future sourcing or trade requirements.
