Sample Approval
Before mass production begins, we coordinate product samples for your review. Whether physical or high-resolution digital samples are required, this stage ensures the final output aligns with your expectations before production proceeds.
Purchase Confirmation
After sample and commercial terms are approved, we formalize the transaction. We assist with Purchase Orders and commercial contracts so critical legal, operational, and product requirements are clearly documented.
Production Monitoring
We do not simply wait for goods to be ready. Our team maintains communication with suppliers throughout the manufacturing cycle to help keep production on schedule and aligned with the approved product specifications.
Quality Inspection

Export Documentation Management
We manage the administrative complexity of export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and required specialized documents such as Phytosanitary or Fumigation certificates.
International Shipment Coordination
